Jack Nicklaus’ Bear’s Best Premier Daily Fee Golf Course is inspired by the other 200 course designs he was a part of, such as PGA West, Desert Mountain, Muirfield Village, Castle Pines, Palmilla Golf Club, and Gleneagles. The franchise was designed to cater to American cities that are known to host conferences and conventions - Las Vegas, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Dallas and Orlando.
Each part of the 18-hole course was delivered from various regions to create a unique atmosphere for golfers to get a taste of what the pros encounter. For instance, black sand from Montana was imported for holes 4 and 11 to mimic the black bunkering of the Old Works Course in Anaconda, Montana.

The 12th hole is a par 5 from Bear Creek Country Club in Murrieta, California that affects your stance and depth perception due to the large undulations. The 17th hole is a par 5 9th hole found at Desert Mountain and is easily reachable within two. For the closer, the 18 th hole from the PGA West Resort was chosen. The intimidating par 4 blends water, sand, and grass to make it a visually appealing yet challenging conquest.
