Rated “Best Par 4” by Vegas Golfer Magazine, Boulder Creek Golf Club is one of the latest premier golf courses located in the Southwest. Designed by Mark Rathert, its $18.7 million price tag is a major reason for the unmatched quality of this Nevada golfing treasure.
What you see is what you get when you experience the three Boulder Creek diverse courses, Desert Hawk, Coyote Run, and Eldorado Valley, meaning that there are no blind shots or hidden hazards. The Desert Hawk and Coyote Run courses opened in January, 2003, followed by the Eldorado Valley in the summer of 2003. Boulder Creek can measure up to 7,400 yards playing the tips with the par 3s ranging from 170 to 243 yards, the par 4s running from 400 to 490 yards and the par 5s measuring 535 to 633 yards.
The oasis and desert themed Desert Hawk 9 is laid out through the surrounding rolling terrain. Opening and closing holes have intense water features adding a unique twist to the experience. Golfers should expect to use all of their clubs for this entertaining and challenging layout.
Coyote Run 9 is defined by its subtle elevation changes and plenty of scenic natural landscape. With meandering arroyos and a par 5 reaching from 635 to 500 yards, Coyote Run’s 9 holes provide a high level of difficulty.
Eldorado Valley is a diverse and challenging course suitable for golfers of all skill levels. Surrounded by beach bunkers, wildflowers, vistas, and creeks, the course offers golfers concise and unobstructed shots from the fairway. The layout rewards longer drives from the tee box but creates challenges for balls driven off track into the deep natural sand bunkers.
The Clubhouse at the Boulder Creek Golf Club is home to a golf shop, Creekside Restaurant, banquet facility, bar, coffee shop, handicap computer area, and a men’s and women’s locker room.
The upscale Creekside Restaurant features an attentive staff, beautiful setting, and excellent cuisine. The intimate restaurant is an ideal venue to host intimate gatherings or celebrations for up to 100 guests. There are several food, beverages, and amenities packages to choose from.
Surrounded by the Nevada desert and the greenery of the golf course, the Boulder Creek Banquet Facility is an elegant yet inviting setting for weddings, business meetings and banquets, parties, family and corporate outings, and conventions. Also available is the facility’s 8,000 square feet pavilion tent that overlooks the golf course and lake. The tent can accommodate up to 350 guests. The event facilitator can assist with the customization of service packages.
Golfers of all skill levels can take advantage of the state of the art Instruction Center at Boulder Creek. Features include a full swing indoor simulator, two indoor practice bays, physical training and fitness center with lockers, Golf Equipment Custom Fitting and Repair Center, and an all weather- practice patio. The Short Game practice area offers putting green and practice bunker for chipping and approach shots; a fairway bunker; and a private practice and instruction tee.
