Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort opened in 1966 as the first hotel and casino in Laughlin, Nevada. It is named after the town’s founder and gambling pioneer. At its time of opening, the resort featured all-you-can-eat dinners for 98 cents, as well as 12 slot machines and two gaming tables. The motel had eight rooms, with the Laughlin family living in four of them.
In 1995, a new tower was added to the resort, adding 1000 additional guest rooms and a non-smoking casino area. In 1999, the bowling lanes opened. |

Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort features 1400 guest rooms with either River or Mountain Views. In-room amenities include air conditioning, iron and ironing board, telephone with voicemail, cable television, maid service, and coffeemaker. Non-smoking rooms are available. Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort has over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as full catering services. The Starview Room has 9,900 square feet and accommodates up to 500 people. It has its own restrooms, a bar, and a sound stage. The Harbor Port Room has three sections, each of which has 858 square feet. The Mirror Room has lavish décor and has 1700 square feet. Bridgeview has 1,080 square feet and the Gold Room has 975 square feet. |

The USS Riverside excursion vessel takes guests on a trip down the Colorado River to see sights of Laughlin’s resorts. A tour helicopter is also available.

There is also an arcade, a classic car museum, and a gift shop.
Don Laughlin’s also specializes in repairing and restoring antique slot machines.
The Kid Kastle provides child care in a fun setting for children ages 3 months to 12 years old.
The resort has full capability to accommodate dart tournaments with 24 new Black Widow dartboards.
