FastKart Speedway

FastKart Speedway

The new Sport Center in Las Vegas is home to the latest addition to the FastKart Speedway family. (Other branches of this successful entertainment house can be found in Spokane and Salt Lake City). Those looking to get their adrenaline pumping and their pulses racing can pay the center a visit and get behind the wheel of go-cart for some of the best fun in the city!

The 1,150-foot long outdoor track allows visitors to race their NASCAR-likened go-karts against other people (up to 9 others) searching for the same kind of fun. The course is highly entertaining, with hairpin turns and curves and it is no wonder that visitors keep coming back for more!

The course is designed for any kind of driving and go-karts can even be used by children. There are several options available to visitors, beginning from the basic ‘arrive and drive’, which is a 10-minute session comprising of 18-22 laps, or a slightly longer 15-minute session.

For those with a little more adventure in their blood, the ‘arrive and race’ is the perfect answer to their needs. Visitors can choose between a 40-lap race and a 60-lap race. In the 40-lap race, drivers determine their pole positions after a 5-lap race. The first driver to complete 35 more laps is the winner! All race outcomes are determined by computerized scoring methods and drivers receive race result printouts. The 60-lap race consists of a 10 lap qualifying section, before drivers race their way through a 50-lap course at speeds of up the 25 miles per hour.

FastKart Speedway can also accommodate group bookings of between 8 and 48 people, by creating a personalized two-part race consisting of a qualifying round and a racing round. There are picnic tables dotted along the side of the tracks to enable spectators to watch the races and enjoy a great day at the Sport Center.

The Center also provides over 100,000 square feet in space for those wishing to organize conventions, corporate events or sports outings.

The go-karting fun can be combined with other great entertainment options on site, including a huge rock-climbing wall, a slugger stadium consisting of batting cages and a paintball course. In addition, visitors can have some fun in the giant arcade featuring all the favorite games in the industry today.

FastKart Las Vegas is situated on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sunset Road at the Sport Center. The center is open every Tuesday through to Friday from noon until 9 pm., from Saturdays from 11 am. to 9 pm. and on Sundays from 11 am. to 7 pm. The center is closed on a Monday. Visitors can expect to pay according to the race options that they choose. Anybody over 36 inches tall can ride in a go-kart while those measuring 50 inches or more can actually drive one. Nothing beats Las Vegas fun like a day at the races!
