Among the quirkier, yet still fun, attractions in Las Vegas is M&M's World, a four-story, 28,000-square foot monument to one of America's favorite candies. Located in the Showcase Mall, adjacent to the MGM Resort and Casino, M&M's World's ground floor is a M&M emporium, selling over 3000 M&M items, from tee-shirts to floor lamps. Upstairs is where it really gets exciting, though. There's a 3-D theater, showing "I Lost my 'M' in Las Vegas" starring Red and Yellow as well as a fascinating wall of M&Ms, displaying M&Ms of every color, from aqua to gold. The top floor is devoted to the M&Ms racing team, including a replica of #38, the M&M-sponsored NASCAR racing car, driven by Elliot Sadler.
M&M's World is open Sunday through Thursday, from 9am to 11pm and on Friday and Saturday from 9am to midnight. Admission to the attraction is free.
